NOAA has been instructed to cease all contact with foreign nationals. The weather does not respect international law or borders, and NOAA needs to put a stop to that. What does the weather someplace that isn’t the US have to do with the US of A? Nothing. Nothing at all.
In fact, I’m waiting for the chance to sue the north AND south poles for those arctic blasts and when it’s too damn hot, I want the US to invade someplace to make it stop.
While I’m waiting for that, I’m working on my complaint against Hawaii for all the Pineapple Express things that keep getting my socks wet.
