Being a curmudgeon come with its downsides in a country where chaos reigns as democracy whirls toward a terrifying end. The downside is feeling overwhelmed by everything that’s horrific. No one can do it all. Choose your focus and be vocal about that. Make sure your elected officials (while we still have them) hear your concerns.
No one can respond to everything. Pick your focus and be heard. Not just on line, but in real life. Nazis are in charge and this is the moment to resist. Do not allow anyone to make you feel guilty for not responding as they want. You cannot do everything, but there is a slice of something. Do that.
