When the US science is sufficiently ruined and the world’s leader in medical breakthroughs has shut down the breakthrough pipeline, seems like you have to ask, what happens when a billionaire gets sick, develops a disease, or needs surgery?
We know they don’t care if the rest of us suffer or die, but one day, it’ll be one of them, or someone they love. All their extra money isn’t going to conjure scientific breakthroughs in time to save them.
Can’t wait.
